VoxRave prices are final prices in EUR, including applicable taxes. Bileteum adds no service fee or electronic delivery fee. The final total appears before payment confirmation. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion fees.
Available payment methods are shown on the payment page when sales are open. Bileteum does not collect full card details or CVV codes. The website uses HTTPS encryption.
Delivery is electronic only and free, regardless of the buyer’s country. After confirmed payment, a ticket with a unique QR code will be made available to download and sent to the order email address within 24 hours. We do not post paper tickets.
If your ticket does not arrive, check spam and the email address supplied. After 24 hours, contact info@formzerollc.us with the order reference; we will verify payment and redeliver the ticket. Contact us immediately if the event is imminent. Do not buy again simply because an email is missing.
