The product is admission to the specified event, venue and date. VoxRave offers standing admission with no age restriction. Each attendee requires a ticket unless a particular ticket type explicitly provides otherwise. Minors must involve a legal representative in purchasing where required by law.
Check the event, date, venue, ticket quantity and type, contact details and final total before ordering. Tickets are subject to availability. The price and conditions recorded in a confirmed order are unaffected by subsequent price releases.
An order is placed after checking buyer details and accepting these terms; the final payment confirmation will clearly indicate the obligation to pay. Acceptance of a paid order will be confirmed electronically. An unconfirmed payment does not grant admission.
The electronic QR ticket is proof of purchase and is checked at entry. Protect it from copying; a reused code will be rejected. Contact the seller if the code is lost or disclosed. Follow lawful venue safety rules and staff instructions.
Promotions: each offer specifies its validity, eligible tickets, limits and discount conditions. Enter a code before paying; the discount and final total must appear in the summary. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. A change of price release is not itself a discount code.
The “Payments & delivery” and “Help & refunds” pages form part of these terms and cover delivery, cancellation, postponement, refunds and complaints. An up-to-date browser with JavaScript is required. Accessibility or technical issues can be reported by email.
Changes apply to future orders and do not remove rights under existing contracts. Language versions are intended to express the same terms. Mandatory consumer protections, access to competent courts and applicable out-of-court dispute resolution rights remain unaffected.
